New 10” Underground 22 Km pipeline construction work from BUDOUR to BIRBA. New 33 kV Overhead line construction work from BUDOUR to BIRBA.

• 33 kV Twin ELM Overhead line construction - 19 Km
• 33 kV Single ELM Overhead line construction - 9 Km

At Al Turki Enterprises, we take care of everything from procuring raw materials, constructing, testing to commissioning of this new line. The overall objective of this project is to construct a 10" Underground Line, 22 km from Budour NE to Birba and provide permanent power supply to Budour cluster to serve upcoming wells. The project is going full steam ahead with the materials for these projects already being procured.


Budour Northeast 3- Hook-up & 2.7 Km U/G 6 inch 3LPE CS Flow Line

• Dismantling of Budour NE2 Well Pad Hook-up & Reinstallation at Budour NE3 Well
• Budour NE3 Flow Line to tie-in to Budour NE1

At Al Turki Enterprises, we are constructing, testing and commissioning the Hook-up & Flow Line of this project. The overall objective of this project is to construct Budour NE3 well pad hook-up and flow line tie-in with NE1 connected to Birba New Manifold. Budour NE2 well pad hook-up is to be dismantled & reinstalled in Budour NE3 well pad along with a 5 metre wide road construction along the Flow Line.

GNR Well Testing Rationalisation

At Al Turki Enterprises, we design, manage, supervise, fabricate, construct, install, test, de-commission & pre-commission the projects associated with:
• Installation of 3 MPFMs and associated piping with meter proving facilities.
• Construction of 2x2 Km (approx) 6"A/G CS test lines to the MPFMs.
• All required piping, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation & Demolition works associated with MPFMs & test line installation.

New 4” GRE Flow Line construction work from MAAMOUR –1 wellhead to DHAFAQ Manifold

• New 4", 120 bar GRP Flow line construction work from Maamour -1 wellhead to DAFAQ Manifold.• Well pad hook-up activities in Maamour - 1
• Construction of 33 kV Overhead Line at Maamour area

At Al Turki Enterprises, we construct, test and pre-commission the new line. The overall objective of this project is to construct Maamour-1 wellhead and flow line to sustain Birba Gathering Station production. To facilitate this, the new GRE flow line will be connected to the existing Dhafaq manifold. The new Overhead line will be constructed to provide permanent power supply to Maamour-1 well pad in Dhafaq field.

 

Maurid Expansion Project

Fabrication, Installation & Commissioning of Off-Plot Production Header
• New A/G 16”, CS PE Lined Off-Plot Production Header from Maurid field to Gathering station.
• New A/G 8” CS PE lined Off-Plot Production Header for 5 new MSVs up to new 16” Production Header.
           
At Al Turki Enterprises, we construct, test and commission the Production Headers.
The overall objective of this project is to construct: New A/G 16”, 300#, CS,
PE lined off-plot production header connecting from different locations of Maurid field to Maurid Gathering Station.
A new A/G 8”, 300#, CS, PE lined off-plot production header starting from 5 different new MSVs connected to the new 16” production header is also being fabricated and installed.

Maha – Rima Pipeline Project New 8” CS+PE lined above ground 11.83 km line from existing Runib – Rima pipeline to Jalmud – Jawdah line

At Al Turki Enterprises, we design, procure, construct, test and pre-commission the new line. The overall objective of this project is to disconnect the existing 8-inch Maha gross line from the existing Runib-Rima pipeline and route it to the RMPS Train B dehydration facilities by installing new 8-inch, CS+PE lines above the ground and a pipeline connecting Jalmud-Jawdah Pipeline.

Suwaihat Water Booster Pump Project

At Al Turki Enterprises, we are proud to be associated with the Water Booster Pump Project in Suwaihat which includes:

• Installation of new Booster pump P-75101 with its associated piping and replacement of existing 12" GRE booster pumps suction piping by a 16" CS Rotolined piping at Suwaihat.

• New 8" Deep Water Disposal Pump by pass piping at Suwaihat, leading to water injection header at Bahja.

• New 8" Water injection line from Suwaihat to Wafra Station.

• Piping modifications at Wafra Station to route oil from Wafra to Suwaihat.

• Piping modifications at Bahja Station to route oil from Bahja to Suwaihat.
