We are licensed manufacturers of Tipper trucks, trailers, low bed and flat bed trailers and  portable water tankers. We also fabricate any special components as per customer requirements. We also carry out maintenance of equipment, machining jobs and erection of structures.
Modern Workshop Facilities

Our spacious and well-equipped workshop located at Ghala is spread over a working area of 5000 m2 with major facilities. Our workshop has excellent metal forming machinery, machine shop, production shop, grit blasting and painting facility with adequate material handling facilities.
Strict Quality Control In Production

Nothing but the best in raw materials go into making of the finished product. All materials are specially verified with the supporting certificates. Necessary approvals for materials and samples are obtained from the client before proceeding any further. At ATE Steel Fabrication, we are committed to produce strict quality products, to the entire satisfaction of the client.

To maintain high quality, we grit blast all steel structures and paint them with airless spray system. We regularly supply painted structures, supports, gates etc. to PDO sites which clearly indicates our high quality standards.

CABLE TRUNKINGS
Today, electrical power, information technology and telecommunications hold the pride of place in our lives. At ATE Steel Fabrication division, we ensure easy-to-install, flexible, efficient and safe distribution of these services.

Our Cable Management system addresses every need effectively and provides a comprehensive solution.

ATE SF metal cable trunkings and accessories, part of ATE cable management systems, have been designed for surface mounting to enclose electrical power, telephone, computer and fibre optic cabling.

ATE SF Cable Trunkings are manufactured under strict quality control, conforming to BS standards: BS4678 part 1 1998, Class 3 from pre-galvanized steel to BS2989.

Standard Size: 3 metre and 2.44 metre length, any special length can be produced upon request. The skirting types are powder coated to any RAL colours

Properties :

• ATE SF Cable Trunkings are manufactured from high quality steel. The standard finishes include electro galvanized, pre-galvanized, hot dip galvanized
• ATE SF Cable Trunkings and accessories meet the high standard requirements of relevant specifications against corrosion and mechanical strength
• All ATE SF products are designed with very low earthing resistance to provide excellent continuity bonding. The low earth resistance ensures positive connection thereby protecting the end-users against electrical hazards.
• The covers are secured to the body by easy-to-turn clamps.
